The social hub is a fantastic hotel to stay in and I would highly recommend it,everytime you pass through reception you are greeted with a warm welcome and no matter what the question they were always answered in a really helpful and friendly way,staff were brilliant.The room was spotless and cozy and the food delicious .Overall the hotel has amazing facilities,it is in a nice quiet street,2 minutes from the Japanese gardens and the airport bus dropped you 5 minutes from the hotel.The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the centre or the hotel offer bike hire. Already looking forward to staying again.

The breakfast was very nice. I was afraid they weren't going to have a lot of vegan options but they did. For example they had soy yogurt, plant based butter, plant based sausages and two different plant milks. Most of the vegetables, sauces etc was vegan too. If you want to buy dinner they have vegan nuggets :) The place was truly exceptional, better than the pictures are showing. They have a lot of spaces where you can hang out, such as places for students to study, different outdoor spaces, spaces to play pool and ping pong and even a cinema. They also have an amazing gym and laundry room. There was nothing I didn't like!

The outside space was amazing. We were there with our 3 adult children & everyone had space to relax. There was also an outside dining area in the shade which made it perfect to eat there no matter the weather. Also the hosts, Nicolas (& Maude) were very friendly & approachable, always there to help & give advice. The house was also well kept with plenty of space to relax there too. It’s also a great location in terms of being near to both Carcassonne town & airport, yet it in the calm of the countryside. And there’s still a boulangerie & small shop nearby so you’re well-catered for.

The staff were very cooperative, friendly, and fluent in English. The overall ambiance was great. Most of the guests were university students, often seen playing cards, chess, ping-pong, swimming, or working out at the gym. The hotel also offers other activities such as street workouts, yoga classes, and movie screenings. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to try all of them.

I had no idea about the existence of The Social Hub, which is present in multiple cities. The environment is vibrant and youthful, just like the entire staff. It’s a facility that offers a wide range of services—from laundry to a cinema, from a gym to a rooftop pool. The place is partly dedicated to students and partly to travelers, with separate accommodation areas for both. The breakfast was simply excellent, offering a great variety of options, including healthy choices. There’s a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout. I will definitely return!

The bed and the linen were excellent- we had a very good night’s sleep. The room was quiet too and the aircon gave just the right temperature. The towels were lovely and fluffy and a good size. Just a little odd having the wash basin in the bedroom and not the bathroom. The shower was very good. Location is good - not central but just a five minute walk from the metro station. Staff were very helpful Atmosphere in the hotel and in the bar were good.

The staff was great, really friendly and helpful. Beautiful common area and bedroom, a lot of available services like restaurant, laundry, gym, quiet places, rooftoop with a pool. Really easy to check in by yourself but there's always someone if needed. Great location near the metro station and airport shuttle. Sockets on the bed, perfect to charge the phone and other little things that the room offered. Loved the decoration, especially the colorful lifts :D The food was great both at dinner and at breakfast.
